REFUND POLICY
Returns
We want you to love your bundle.
If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Items must be free of damage caused after delivery
- All original packaging must be included
- Return must be approved before shipping back
We cover return shipping costs for approved returns within the United States. International customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and approved by our team before items are sent back.
Because each bundle is custom curated, we ask that you contact us first before initiating a return.
To start a return, email urvintagestylist@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is covered for approved domestic returns.
If your return does not meet eligibility requirements, the items will be sent back to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.
Custom & Limited Items
Because we source vintage pieces individually, inventory is limited and one-of-one. We recommend reviewing your style quiz carefully before placing an order.
